Repeato runs entirely on your device. It has no servers, no account, and no internet permission. It collects nothing, transmits nothing, and shares nothing.
Repeato saves your reminders, their history, and your app settings in its own private storage on the device. Android removes all of it when you uninstall the app. None of it leaves the device.
| Permission | Why Repeato asks for it |
|---|---|
| Notifications | Show a reminder when it fires. |
| Alarms & reminders (exact alarms) | Fire each reminder at the exact time you set. |
| Full-screen notifications | Let an alarm-style reminder take over the screen over the lock screen. |
| Run at startup | Re-arm your reminders after the phone restarts. |
| Wake lock, vibrate, foreground service | Ring an alarm reliably until you respond. |
| Calendar | Only used when you turn on “Add to calendar” for a reminder. Repeato writes that one event and updates or removes it with the reminder. It never reads your other calendar entries. |
You can export your reminders to a JSON or CSV file from Settings. Repeato writes that file
only where you choose to save it and never uploads it. Repeato opts out of Android
system backup (allowBackup="false"), so your data is not copied to Google Drive
or transferred between phones automatically.
Repeato contains no analytics, advertising, tracking, or third-party SDKs.
Repeato collects no personal data from anyone, including children.
